Company stamp in Ohio???

Our internatinal company is goign to make an agreement with a company
located in Ohio. They sent us their examp[le of agreement without their Company
stamp, only with their taxID#. They say that Ohio doesn't require Company
stamp.
Will you advice me whether such agreement (bearing no stamp of their
company) is considered valid in Ohio court?
