Professor Joseph Weiler, Editor-in-Chief of the European Journal of International Law, invites Chief Justice Aharon Barak, former President of the Israeli Supreme Court, to share his thoughts on the question of standing and justiciability. The conversation explores how Barak’s thinking contributed to the very broad definition of these adopted by the Israeli Supreme Court.
